WHO ARE WE? K&W Vacation Homes Inc
Formerly - Florida Homes International Management Inc.- a premier vacation rental management company; we have been involved in the Rental Home business for over 10 years, managing properties in Central Florida since 2000. Owned and operated by Keith & Wendy Hallas.

We offer a complete line of property management services from full vacation property management to absentee owner property supervision. We are able to provide reservations from an extensive network of booking agents as well as our web site and various international advertising campaigns.
We were first to offer unique guest services in that all guests are called and visited personally within 24 hrs of arrival to their vacation home; we personally call every guest and subject to their personal plans we are happy to visit them in their vacation home and welcome them to Florida. Often minor issues or worries that otherwise may have been problems are therefore dealt with promptly; we are able to answer most questions regarding their vacation home or the local area.
We are long standing members of the Better Business Bureau.
